NLT Bible College & Leadership Institute
About NLT Bible College & Leadership Institute
New Life Temple Bible College (NLTBC) was established by Pastor Ralph Godfrey Sr.  NLTBC was birthed from the burden felt by Pastor Godfrey seen in the ignorance perpetrated by churches he visited during his evangelistic ministry. During those days, Pastor Godfrey discovered people who knew very little about the Word and promises of God, victorious living  or even destiny and vision although they were in church most of their lives. Pastor Godfrey desired to bring people to a higher level of thinking and living; thus, becoming the reason for creating and establishing a place of higher learning about the God's Kingdom in the Cincinnati region and global community.

A few years later Pastor Godfrey's son, Ralph Jr., saw a need to create a leadership institute. The institute was formed to offer those who were chosen or called to lead others an opportunity to learn how to lead from a Kingdom perspective. This burden to create the institute came from the various experiences and observations of abuse by those who were to look after God's sheep. The Leadership Institute is a non-degree option to obtain knowledge and experience of how to lead people effectively.  The Leadership Institute is d
esigned to affect the 21st Century culture while enabling and empowering people with a desire to be leaders of this age, to go and DO the work of the Kingdom.

The Bible College opened September 2004, to serve non-traditional students from Greater Cincinnati, Indiana, and Kentucky. The Leadership Institute program began in August 2009.

Mission

  • Activate the call of ministry by cultivating people of character, integrity, and excellence.
  • Mentor men, and women in spiritual, personal and  ministry development, helping them mature into their personal calling.
