Mission Statement
Our mission is to prepare men and women to work the harvest, by imparting into them the ministry and anointing of reconciliation. Through the careful and thorough instruction of the Word of God, we intend to impact the lives of men and women throughout the world with the truth of the Gospel and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to establish and nurture men and women who recognize the call of God on their lives. We will develop people of character, integrity, and excellence who desire to be pleasing to God, our Father.
Goals
It is the goal of NLTBC to:
Impart Integrity
Although many possess the skills of a leader, many lack the integrity needed to uphold the responsibility of the office.
It is the desire of NLT Bible College to impart integrity to individuals that aspire to attain leadership by assisting them in the development of a godly character.
Encourage Growth
Personal growth is the desired goal of most people seeking higher education. This is the same goal of NLTBC. We not only wish to encourage personal growth, but spiritual growth as well.
We know that each step toward personal and spiritual maturity will help develop within the student an accomplished lifestyle of success.
Provide Strength
As an individual serves in ministry and attempts to attain higher education, at times it may become a little weary.
It is the goal of NLTBC to strengthen the individual through a network of faculty and students. We hope to instill in each individual the ability to combat personal and spiritual fatigue.
Promote Unity
One of the last prayers of Jesus was that we are one as he and the father are one. NLTBC desires to embrace this prayer by teaching the importance of unity among our students.
Not only do we desire to promote this philosophy in our institution, but throughout the entire Body of Christ.
In Love
Each stated goal of NLTBC will be exemplified through the actions of love. This is the command given to the church and NLTBC will express this action to our students and equip them to take it to the world.
